New Feature or Glitch?

When I click on the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , it shows up without it's own comment section, but instead the Alpina article appears directly underneath it, followed by the original comment section of the Alpina article. I have seen this happen at least one other time on the FP. Is this "article stacking" new feature, or a glitch? I don't necessarily mind it for related articles, it just confused me when I went to respond to the top article.

It's the new magic sharing thing. The person who shares an article gets to write something, then there's the shared article with the original comments.

This is "reply with share" which allows us to "reframe" an article by putting another story on top of it. In this case, I was inspired by that Alpina B3 article to talk about super sedans/wagons. Ideally, this would have a sep comment section. Something we're experimenting with.

Its been going on for a while now and quite honestly its silly.

You get two slightly related articles then lump in the comments for both which really screws with the conversations.

I see. I guess I haven't tried sharing an article yet. I do like the idea of getting to add a blurb when you share something. When I tried to share a comment earlier, I didn't get an option to add anything. Do we not get that power on Oppo, or does it only work for whole articles, and not comments?

We don't have it on Oppo yet, and when we get it, I don't know if it will apply to comments, too.

Cool. I like the feature. There have been many times when I have shared something, but wanted to add a short introduction with some context or why I think it is relevant.

It doesn't really work with your post, which asked a question. Most of the comments are about the Alpina, which is not the meanest car with four or five doors.

We're working on a solution for that.

This has happened a couple of times when Matt has shared one of my Oppo posts to the FP. What is interesting is that I get replies to my article, but I also get notifications when somebody replies to a replier, not directly to me. So, A replies to me, B replies to A, and I get a notification of B's reply.
